He missed his chance from 9c to 3.2c no guts no glory and back again. The issue is for bringing forward the growth, compared to waiting for that organic growth. It makes complete sense and will reap great commercial results. As for the comment before about the write-down in value of the fish due to oversupply. Was just that. Discounting to open doors and like a marketing tool for the future growth. Quite smart actually, but make of it what you will. This will reap some good results in the year ahead and growth will be the priority + awaiting that extra cash from the court case.
@kpax -- sorry. I'm not sure about dealing in the rights. On-selling them to the market at a margin or that sought of thing. Making a small profit out of it etc. Buying it and then doing what you will after seems like the easiest option. GLTA
