Hunterr, there will be money coming in through grants.
For all we know, 15M is all we need. for now, with grant money and debt financing most likely getting us over the line, not to mention flexible payment terms with GOMSpace, which we do not know the details of.
Not sure if the downramping in your post is really justified.
