@Lebba, if they don't produce the audited Annual Report and have 2 Australian directors on board, they can't relist. If you want to give thousands of dollars to a company that may not be able to relist, go right ahead, but do not expect anyone else to. The Annual Report will not be more up to date at some time in the future, it is reporting on the situation as of the end of June 2019, and always will be.
