That's correct it is a lease but fixed lease payment is pretty negligible. With Somboon willing to put more money, I still think the risk of him causing more trouble is much less now. It is the border opening and patron coming back is the key now not the legal issues and etc.

It is fair for retail investor to have the opportunity to put more money in to keep their own business going. This is much better than other situation I came across where institutional investor or closely related investors put money in and dilute the smaller guys out of picture or put the company into VA and come back and participate in liquidation. In the latter case, small investors are creamed without even given a chance.
