Perhaps dueto the unresolved lease dispute with Somboon, DNA cannot currently use the landlease to take out a loan with the local Bank. However, after the lease disputeis resolved.
with a 90years lease on 12 hectares of land, market value at USD $1000 per metre. I can’tsee why DNA cannot use this 90 years lease (land right use) as collateral totake out a USD $25 million loan, and pay off Mega bank.. Especially whenSomboon is a majority holders in the DNA group.
