The company announcement details Allan's remuneration has been $273,746 for 2020 and 2021 financial years, I am extremely surprised he is yet to decide if he is going to take up any of his entitlement.
How long does he need to decide is he is going to take up some of his rights?

At least Andrew Cunningham (CEO) has disclosed he is taking up part of his entitlement. This could be $1 or it could be $24k, the announcement discloses he is not taking up his full right,
Andrew Cunningham is only required to invest ~$24.8k. approximately 10% of his 2021 remuneration ($250,200)

Do you think these company experts who were used in the WKT's DFS, know the risk associated with developing a new graphite project or do you think there is some other reason?
