it seems you know little about corporate law and asic powers.

1. asic can’t force nme to sell

2. asic can only suspend or get it delisted

3. nme will still be worth the 49% it holds of jv

4. nme can be forced into administration by asx/asic and still be worth 49% of tenement

5. if the worse case scenario happens as suggested by mct rampers and nme goes under it still will be valued at 49% of the jv

6. if point 5 happens all drilling with have to cease by mct, sale of 49% of nme jv will go to market or mct increases its bid

7. similar case ongoing past 3-4 years with cgm no end insight

8. if mct increases its bid to 5.8 to 1, I will accept and others imo will do so as well

9. mct is dreaming of settling this t/o next 6 months, already 6 months past

10. Who the F is mct to value nme at 4.8 to 1? I am happy to pump more money into nme

point 4. forced into administration would be great. Any administrator only wants their fees covered, the deal with mct shares would do that. A few quick phone calls and it would be done and dusted. Administration we all seem to agree is probable and would end this CF
