Their Nachu graphite project is just a few kms from Lindi Jumbo. Their main focus right now is building a battery plant in the USA, and Nachu is on the back-burner, pending bankable feasibility study.
Financing or investing in Lindi Jumbo would provide great value to them and they could easily postpone Nachu. In the long run, I suppose they could even use the Lindi Jumbo plant to process Nachu graphite. What's more, they own 2/3 of a NYC battery plant which is in final build stages (iM3NY). They will need graphite for their production in the short term.
Most importantly, they have $80M cash (as of last quarter) so they could absorb any shortfall easily.
I bet Mike is already in advanced discussions with Frank Poullas from MNS.
