IMO, no reason at all, why they can't do low budget exploration on the lithium prospects whilst still steaming ahead on Quicksilver.
An enthusiastic team would be onto it, IMHO!
There has been no official statement saying they are pausing on the other projects.
They are still mentioned on their website
