Well, the Rights are renounceable. Eligible Shareholders may sell their Entitlements to third parties if they do not wish to take them up.

A market will be established on ASX to facilitate this Entitlements trading. (Fairer to general shareholders than a quick cap raise to any large pelagics who may have helped drive the shareprice down.)

Sell rights if you have to, and take up as many you can, in my view. I think the case for Quicksilver is a strong one (as I've argued, for example, here: https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/66472872/single).

G88 is bouncing along practically at mere shell value now.

Quicksilver as a producing project would be worth many hundreds of millions of dollars.

Somewhere between here and there - but significantly higher than today's incredible discount, in my view - sits a fair speculative current value for our Company, with Quicksilver looking more and more like it can be successfully pulled off.

Increasingly, the weight of technical evidence is positive.

It'll certainly be interesting to hear the Paydirt Conference Presentation later this month - Unlocking Value from Our Quicksilver Nickel-Cobalt Project. Presented by our new CEO, Damon Dormer, I believe.


Anyway, the Rights Issue is underwritten to the tune of $750,000, with Non-Executive Director, Frank Cannavo in line for a large lick of Rights and other management (Executive Director, Jordan Luckett, and Chairman, Grant Button) both subbing a fair whack - which is a pretty good sign.

For what it's worth, I'll be taking all mine up.
