Thank you for your email. Please note that the Arrowsmith North proposal is currently with the proponent for consideration and response. Only such time when the appropriate information is received can EPAS provide further advice on expected timeframes.
EPAS considers the public comment period to be the most appropriate time for concerns to be raised in respect to a proposal. Comments provided outside of these periods are generally not considered and this approach is consistently applied to all members of the public.
The EPA website sets out the process in which an FOI can be requested, and an associated fee is charged. Please note that the FOI request will be allocated to the environmental officer who is also assigned to undertake the assessment and management of the project.
Please note that your email did not raise any new matters which EPAS has not already considered. Consequently, going forward EPAS will not be providing any further correspondence on this matter as it takes away resources utilised for assessing proposals such as Arrowsmith North.
