    bit confusing as the legal action was probono, the legal eagles taking on the risk and funding and now not not, that is of cocern.
    think there is still a must of be confident to only cr for a lowly amount do get through some need ground work, suppose it gives shareholder a bit more % when pay day. , if it fails then to survive we need JV without cost to us, or another CR
