I agree with Gdoggy et al .. it’s clearly very risky. Can anyone guess, from their long term knowledge of the company and it’s tenements, what announcement we might expect prior to the closing date (to entice holders to take up the offer). Seems a common enough tactic .. Would it likely be substantive or just cosmetic???
