My considered opinion for what it worth is as follows: -
All these millions 0f free options that are being awarded to the directors & others are criminal.
Following the 30 to 1 consolidation of the current shares, the new shares would only be worth 3 cents.
These options will be convertible up to four years from now, at not much more than the current price.
Most Companies that I have dealt with in the past would put a higher price & for a smaller number of years ahead.
This would give confidence that they would expect a much higher price in the future.
As has been stated by others on this forum these Directors are not shareholder friendly, except to their SI friends.
