drives me nuts when people say someone did well out option cause they were free. take a look at the share price they paid at the time before deiding that. 'free' options are usually an incentive to buy shares at a higher price than you would have had to without them. My guess is they are down 50%+ on the shares so I doubt they share your enthusiasm.
