Shortfall PlacementThe Company will issue a total of 3,448,276 New Shares to raise $2,000,000 from a sophisticated investor (Shortfall Placement). These new shares will be issued on the same date as the New Shares under the Entitlement Issue.The total funds raised under the Placement, Entitlement Issue and Shortfall Placement will be $22,311,391. The New Shares issued under the Shortfall Placement are being issued under ASX Listing Rule 7.2, exception 3. This means that the New Shares issued under the Shortfall Placement will not be issued under the Company’s placement capacity under section 7.1 of the ASX Listing Rules.The timetable for completion of the Entitlement Offer and Shortfall Placement is set out below.
