Absolute crooks!
Existing shareholders take up 85.5m of 252.8m available and ask for a measly 14.7m in 'additional applications' - and the company and greedy broker say "no, stuff existing shareholders, we'll take everything we can including the extras that the current shareholders want and give 15% of the company to our mates at a bargain price'.
