Baz may wish to look at the way to conduct a successful credit raise.

A company I am closely following announced results of a credit raise today, they were hoping to raise a minimum of $4m and a maximum of $11.7m and announced today they have taken over subscriptions to $19m and now are well funded to lead them to the starting line for construction.

IMO it is way better to offer extremely cheap shares and ensure the CR is a success than to have the fascicle experience where the market share price drops well under the CR offer price and management end up with egg on their face and shareholders lose a lot of value and consequently have to go into care and maintenance.

Yes the flip side is dilution and now this company has more than 7b SOI but are progressing to the starting line of construction whereas Baz and the team are having coffee with Samso, while the plant collects more dust......
