@Bottombuyer, it looks like Milan's remuneration is going up nicely (based on the info in the Prospectus pg.54)....and perhaps a bit more of an increase for the next 12 months to keep up with inflation...


Also just a guess, but maybe he's looking forward to receiving a corporate advisory fee for getting the latest CR over the line...and if there is a corporate advisory fee involved, perhaps even similar in size to the fee he previously received for getting the US$42m Mercuria funding over the line....
