Their underground contractor who is owed $14M, why would they choose shares instead of being paid in cash, they have to pay their workers salaries, are they going to sell them onto the market? It reminds me of TRY, they paid their contractor with shares, just printed them up and gave them instead of money, 1 week later Troy went into suspension and still suspended.
