Didn't the excellent post you quoted do that re the drop?
Seems a VERY poor placement for holders but that's what microc(r)aps do in my experience.
It's up today and 19%, so far, from 1.6 so is looking a reasonable trade.
You should have grabbed some and recouped some $$$
