I think you will find from ASX announcement 27 Jan 2023 the company issued 4,845,814 shares for Content and distribution services for 18 months which went to S3/NI
NI disclosure looks like it was a little tardy and didn't account for the shares issued on the 27 Jan 23 and they have finally corrected this error. They will probably argue it took time for shares to hit registry and be in their account from issue.....
4,845,814+3,210,000=8,055,814
NI have said they will participate 100% in Rights Issue so that will be a take up of an additional 1,611,163 shares - $48.3k
