@prawn_man I've worked in integrated JV projects but I don't have legal background to give narrative for this JV agreement. I've had a look at it briefly, the completion stage / phase seems to be pretty clear (4 stages), but I'm still not familiar with where things has gone wrong as I've only bought this company 2 weeks ago. To be honest, if I knew about this JV issues I would have stayed away from COB as there are lots of opportunities out there as we all agree, however the company seems to be undervalued as I see it for short term trading, see how it comes out in near future.
My apology for not giving my analysis with the JV Earn-in Agreement, as I'm not a subject matter expert.
