You can't help but think the right team would have pushed for holding out (or a small placement) to tide them over till June 2016 and fought tooth and nail to get the price up to 9c. Would have been 1.2B fpo and an mc of $108M with $14M in the coffers. That's why I initially bought a few PYCOA anyway, obviously it was a long shot.
