I love this approach - we haven't really achieved anything tangible, the company continues to squaller, we've missed much of the guidance we had for increasing company value, deals and/or out-licensing any thing most have just faded into the mist, we've evaporated our cash runway 6 months or more ahead of schedule but we've got a few new lines to throw up and give us some kind of purpose, a newly re tweaked punch line in that cry for cash
"it marks a major transformation for Phylogica" < like we haven't heard that before
- and then will wrap it all up with an offer you can't refuse - throw us more money, double your existing holdings or we will wash you out by 50%. Who's going to say know to that and i'm sure there will be boasting about how strong the uptake was from shareholders - given there really wasn't another option aside from being washed out that coms at no surprise there lol
