For me these negatives are already factored in to the current market cap (although you should hopefully get some sort of response). Downside risk seems low from here as I think their current projects/shell value easily justify the EV of around $2.2m.
I like the fact Pendragon Capital could end up with a decent slice of the company under the raise (although I think most of the newer investors like myself will fully take up their rights and bid for any shortfall). More that enough new blood on the register to make the required changes if old habits don't change and plenty of upside from this very low starting point IMO.
