I agree with you - with the underwritten capital raise to $900k and new holders entering the register, I suspect management will need to actually show some progress now they money in the bank.
The CEO held about 9% of the shares prior to consol and you imagine will participate in the cap raise - certainly not a big enough holding to block any future changes should shareholders need to make them.
