The other thing worth noting is that while the share price has dipped it has been on low volume. There are only small volumes available on both the buy and sell sides and it doesn't take much to fluctuate the share price a fair bit. However if you were wanting to buy a significant quantity at a descent discount to the capital raise price you might find it quite difficult.
I could be completely wrong but that's my read on things!
