Absolutely. The last raise pulled us down to 20c. The recent drift (a lot) was because people knew this was a possibility. If Nina knew this was coming then they should have pulled the pin sooner and tried to secure more funds a a higher price. Instead stayed silent and let it drift downwards, then raise.In any case though, coming back so soon for more funds was not a good look.
