Depends if FDA wants to wait for the adult trial - in that case, a couple years at best. And that's if the adult trial is successful.
That's the most likely scenario in my eye - I would be very surprised if the FDA did approval for children after requesting this trial (seeing as they requested this trial during both failed BLAs).
