In my opinion Paul has gotten far too used to the idea that he does not need to produce commercial wins, close business, and bring revenue into the entity. He clearly feels he can just go back to the well and dilute, dliute, dilute, anytime he needs money - and this attitude has started to become very damaging to the business's future. PAR management need to snap out of their ballooning entitlement in my opinion, and a total mindset change needs to be had - or else they should no longer be tolerated in their roles. They have to immediately pivot from continuous use of CRs as a source of funding the trials, to the the smart monetisation of this excellent asset as a primary source of funds. We can now see exactly the standards they accept when shareholders give them too much leeway. Time for this commercially-agnostic culture that has taken root at the top of the organisation to be checked, and for shareholders to demand commercial performance as part of the current salaries being paid.

Amos's retrospective benchmarking of their REM is farcical if you look at what he'd get paid elsewhere if he was voted out or resigned.
