Good points. My prediction is if we don't sign a partnership deal in the next 6 months then this brings into play a possible buy out offer since PAR's P3 program could be in limbo.
I also just re-read what is needed to achieve these incentives and the bar appears to be set very low. They just seem to be regular milestones. It would be nice to tie their employment to these milestones too.
