Hi Padlock, I understand some of the email contacts for Matt and JP were bouncing or not getting a reply to investors trying to make contact. May I ask who you directly contacted for the shortfall list?

I would like to think all long term investors should be given the opportunity in the shortfall and to create a channel in which to do so. If I do not get that opportunity you can imagine what I will be doing with my vote regarding the additional 15 million shares they desire.
