Possible, but the question is, can a penny silver or gold explorer hold on to their cash reserve while digging and waiting for the armageddon to happen? Many novices used USD to gold ratio trading technique to buy penny silver/gold explorers and lost the bet. Their gold & silver penny stock investment that they thought could save them during the financial armageddon (who knows when) and make them a lot of money, became their financial snares. SVL is the best example. SP has crashed, consolidated & crashed again... (will repeat again), using USD to silver ratio trading technique. Most holders had lost 99% of their capital in this one.
The best way to profit is to become penny stock company directors & get pay $200,000 per year, regardless, the stock price goes up or collpases.
