Well at the current price you would have to be crazy to buy them at 7 cents. The Hannan family could well up end up with 58% of the company. Quite a nice move towards taking it private, but is anyone surprised. The question now, is whether or not holding during the "privatisation process" will benefit the other shareholders. How much will they be willing to pay to eventually take the other 42%. They'd be wanting to do it before any sort of recovery happens.
