Seems to be quite unfair to me - non renounceable, and priced to look scary on the chart too possibly. I think it arguably looks designed to assist the major shareholder to increase their holding on the cheap. I don't agree with this raising to be honest - I think it would have flown off the shelf at $1.70.

I'm not sure that there is any problem with debt, or that there has been for quite a while.

NTA should be nearly guaranteed with this extra capital. I'll be taking all of mine up, and join Mulpha in trying to get extras cheap.

Stockland - well they have given FKP negative press in the past from memory - but not sure FKP would be vengeful in this timing - lol - new CEO maybe wants an easier ride, and cash available for any good ideas too.
