Also the valuations have cashflow discounted at 12.5% to come up with the NTA. Well we might be about to see the upswing that starts really bringing this cashflow home. 12.5% implies significant net cashflow generation. 12.5% of $2.74 NTA = 34cpa!!! Wish it was all retirement and no development. With the property market booming, there might be quite a few retirees taking advantage of good prices for their home.
Unless the SP goes underwater - which I doubt very much - I will be going whole hog, and will try to get as many additionals as I can. I plan to hold until FKP is very close to NTA.
GLTA - I was regretting not buying more when the SP was low - even though I bought heaps. So now I cannot complain from a selfish point of view. However I do feel for those who do not have the cash, or who have to gamble with credit to take them up etc.
