    They raised capital about 12 months ago? Why are they doing it again so soon? Greedy.....
    My instinct is to sell my shares straight away but the fall today looks a bit overdone given there is, in effect, no dilution if you take up the offer. The way they raised capital last time was a disgrace, at least this time they are not blatantly ripping off shareholders.
