I'm surprised you are a holder still after that placement, since you seem aware of what was done to your equity. Yeah - strong suggestion that your equity will be eroded at some stage in the future again, but this time you can stand still. I assume the managers take a fee on total assets, so this is good for them - so that is why they are doing it.

I just trade these things, and don't invest in them.
