Listen I am usually the one to pick apart a raise but if they are only raising this small amount enough for a year basically then they must have confidence in some serious revenue coming in otherwise it would be a disaster if they did another CR in a year. Or has my lack of experience confused with what they are actually allowed to raise and limit dilution?
