I'm way down on this stock now as I've been hodling for years and have learnt to just roll with the punches on my investment journey...
Putting aside the despair and dilution horror though, could this not be a turning point for TOT? High chance of stable if not decreasing rates with lower debt and constant dividend... I agree with a few of the earlier posters about it being the lesser evil to just bite the bullet/pillow and take the offer
