Wow, this capital raising stinks so bad I had to emergency blog about it to warn retail investors about this REIT (or similar)

At 60% participation of general shareholders the forecast FY25 EPS is 2.1 cents/share.
If you buy at 40c that's a 5.25% Earnings Yield. 7.5% with franking. With plenty of downside risks, pitfalls and a totally unaligned insider!
