I've bitten the bullet today and sent back my entitlement offer money through slightly gritted teeth. This will drop my average price for the holding to around 65 cents which is still below where I think the post entitlement offer NTA is going to end up. It's going to be a long road but at the moment I think if it ever gets back to my average entry price I'll sell as it's the only holding in my current portfolio where I don't have complete faith in the management.

Between TOT/DXC and including 50% of my BKW allocation (due to the big industrial property portfolio) my REIT exposure will be around 25% of the portfolio which is higher than I would like it to be although the discounted entry prices give me some protection and it's also part of the market I feel I have a decent understanding of and that's always a big focus for me as there's many parts of the market I just feel that I don't understand well enough.
