I spoke to an executive in TGP - I seriously doubt thst TGP want to push shareholders out at this stage. They could have achieved thst by underwriting the capital raise. I am slso surprised by the price sction and volume today. There is an activist fund - it is in the GW stable plus then there is Keybridge.
All of which in my opinion dont look after shareholders. I have no evidence but whoever it is will unfold at some point.
