I think it may be something to do NAB (National Bank, is your A/c?). Most likely to be internal to the bank, I would enquire with their market dealers.
I haven't come across it before until you mentioned it. Usually somebody on HC offers an explanation if they have seen it.
I'll try one more avenue, and see if they can help.
