i know john is a substantial holder, but i doubt anyone on this board has a cool $4million sitting on the sidelines ready to blow on a pennystock.
The only saving grace is they have 3 months to find the buyers. But unless there's some substantial and binding real news (not MOU or fluff) its going to be hard to convince anyone to buy above market.
I'm actually dumbfounded at how poorly this raise was managed and unsurprised by how it performed. Any idiot could have seen this outcome.

I'll let it be known that i did participate and i even applied for a few shortfalls, but I'm no whale.
