Management offered shareholders the chance to increase their holding. The money now has to come from elsewhere. If shortfall is not picked up, the company cannot move forward.
next best offer is a loan or dilution. So is it well done, I don’t agree.
Management has done plenty, it will be another 6 months before we know whether it’s the right things.
