To blame shareholders for not backing the rights issue, your clearly affiliated with the company in some way other than just a shareholder.
Labelling fellow shareholders "inexperience" and suggesting,"overnight they devalued their own purchases on market" shows your strong arrogance and how blinded & out of touch you realy are.
Again, management 100% to blame for shareholders loosing confidence. Shareholders realising now more than ever, they wont be seeing any returns on their gamble or even regain initial capital outlay.
