I reckon they should have kept the overs as I think $2 million won't last them very long before they will probably need to come back to SH for more cash in the not-too-distant future.

It's the worst result for my circumstances as I won't get enough to "cost-average" down to a reasonable level & not have a large enough holding to persevere in the longer term. Ironically, I sort of hope that the price crumbles when it commences trading so I can buy decent volumes but being over subscribed, logically, the price should climb !!
