With the DGR share price religiously following SOLG it's a pretty safe bet the share price would be 9c by now without the raise. Break even for the raise for shareholders is ~6.7cps which is now also a memory.
I would have preferred they had just sold a few SOLG shares to raise the cash and we would all be well ahead. I know this is heresy but the promise of SOLG riches tomorrow wears a bit thin when by the time we get there DGR would have issued so many shares that the riches mean squat.
I give them 1/10 for the raise - 1 for getting it done and then all negatives for the value destruction, the horrible timing, the world record discount, and then pumping out all those unnecessary options the allocation of which is skewed towards the smallest shareholders.
But it was oversubscribed so that's ok.
